Henry O’mahoney to J. E. Ewell , Deputy Clerk . [Stamp.] Whereupon it is ordered by the said court that the said applicant be admitted to all the rights and privileges of a citizen of the United States. State of New York , Erie County , } ss: I, Charles R. Durkee, clerk of said county and of the courts thereof, certify that the above is a true copy of the original proceedings as recorded in the records of the courts of said county; and further, that I have compared the same with the original, and that it is a true transcript of the whole thereof. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed the seal of said county and of the court thereof this 25th day of February, A. D. 1880 . [ l. s. ] J. E. EWELL, Dp.
