II, The company of First Regiment U. 8. Volunteers at Camp Randall, Madison, Wis., and one company of same regiment from Camp Reno, to be designated by Brigadier-General Smith, commanding District of Wisconsin, will immediately proceed to Saint Paul and report for duty to Brig. Gen. H. H. Sibley, commanding District of Minnesota.
