New Windsor [ New York ] February 27, 1781 . States that in spite of loss of naval superiority the Marquis de Lafayette is continuing march to Virginia. Hopes von Steuben has distributed supplies the French brought to Major General Nathanael Greene. Reports the Pennsylvania line has been ordered South.
