I, Maj. D. C. Buell, assistant adjutant-general, and Capt. Richard
C. Drum, assistant adjutant-general, having reported at these headquarters in pursuance of General Orders, No. 7, from the AdjutantGeneral's Office, are announced on the department staff. Major Buell
will accordingly relieve Major Mackall, assistant adjutant-general, and
the latter will be governed by the orders which he has received from
