Major General Phillips sends his Compliments to Mr. and Mrs. Jefferson, requests the favour of their company at dinner on Thursday next at Two o’clock to meet General and Madame de Reidesel . Major General Phillips hopes Miss Jefferson will be permitted to be of the party to meet the young Ladies from Collè .
