Col. N. WILKINSON, New Creek, W. Va.: Telegram of to-day received. Commanding officer Eleventh Virginia, at Parkersburg, has been ordered to report to you. If you cannot hear from him by telegraph send officer to ascertain reason. Captain Hagans’ company was yesterday ordered to Buckhannon. By order :
