Sir F. Bruce to Mr. Hunter

Sir: In accordance with instructions which I have received from her Majesty’s principal secretary of state for foreign affairs, I have the honor to transmit to you an address of condolence to the honorable Mrs. Lincoln from the municipal council of Sydney, and to request you to have the goodness to forward the same to its destination.
