Sir F. Bruce to Mr. Seward
British Legation, Washington, D. C, July 31, 1865.
Sir Frederick Brace presents his compliments to Mr. Seward, and begs to forward to him herewith, for presentation to the government of the United States, the resolutions passed by the grand division of the Sons of Temperance of Montreal, Canada East, expressive of their feelings upon the death of the late President of the United States.
