His Excellency GOVERNOR, oF NEW MEXICO, E Santa Fé, N. Mex.:
. SIR: I have the honor to call for two companies of foot and two of mounted volunteers, to be mustered into the service of the United States in conformity with the regulations of the War Department, as prescribed in General Orders, No. 15, of 1861. If more convenient, one =
company of the foot and one of the mounted volunteers may be mustered into service at this place. The other two companies will rendezvous at Albuquerque.
