Brigade, Cavalry Division, will report to Col. S. P. Spear, commanding Second Brigade, Cavalry Division. ; ee Coli8..P: Spear, commanding Second Brigade, Cavalry Division, will take up in his reports the First Maryland Cavalry, which will hereafter form portion of Second Brigade, Cavalry Division.
