Sir: In further reply to your dispatch No. 25, of the 26th of November last, relating to Captain Krauseneck, I have now to add, in addition to what was stated in my No. 52, of the 18th ultimo, that I am informed that officer left this country for Europe by the French steamer from Vera Cruz on the 13th of last month.
