Sir: Since writing the dispatch No. 28, of this date, information reaches me that the entire ministry have again tendered their resignations, and that the same have been or will be accepted by the President. As the mail closes in a few minutes, I have no time to obtain further particulars or information, but will do so at the earliest practicable moment.
