HEADQUARTERS DEPARTMENT OF THE PACIFIC,
San Francisco, Cal., June 28, 1862.
Col. FRANCIS J. LIPPITT, Second Infantry California Volunteers, Commanding District of Humboldt, Fort Humboldt, Cal. : Str: The general commanding the department desires the whoie of Captain Stuart’s company concentrated at Camp Lincoln. All the movable property at Ter-Waw will be taken to that camp. The supplies for Camp Lincoln will be landed at Crescent City and transported thence by land.
