[511] Sir: Yesterday the grand jury of the circuit court of the United States for the southern district of New York presented an indictment for setting on foot a *military expedition or enterprise against the government of Nicaragua, against the following-named persons: John Creighton, Francis B. O’Keefe, Andrew J. Morrison, Charles Waters, William Lyster, Parker H. French, Daniel H. Dillingham, Joseph R. Mali, George B. Hall, Addison Farnsworth, and Louis Schlesinger.
