General W. S. RosEcRANS, Winchester, Tenn. . Telegram received. One thousand sets of horse equipments will be sent to Captain Townsend, Nashville, from Pittsburg and 1,000 from St. Louis. Please direct Captain Porter, ordnance officer, to have all the unserviceable horse equipments repaired where most convenient.
