Sir: Your dispatch numbered 67, under date of the 3d Instant, inclosing correspondence relative to the rumored shipment of Greek criminals to the United States, is received, and the communication which you addressed upon that subject to the secretary-general is approved. The contradiction which has been given by the government of Greece to the rumor referred to, as communicated in your dispatch No. 63, was, upon the receipt of that dispatch, sent to the press for publication.
