Sir: Your dispatch, No. 151, of the 17th ultimo, in relation to the case of Doctor L. D. Wilson, has been received.

With reference to his case you state: 1st. That his imprisonment was the result of mistaken identity $ 2d. That it embodies a flagrant case of outrage.

In reply, I have to request that you will furnish farther explanations to sustain those statements.
