CoLoNEL: I have the honor to report that the party sent to the Rapidan has returned. The officer in Satna reports having ushed forward to within half a mile of the station at the crossing. he bridge is completed and cars are running to Culpeper CourtHouse, chiefly freight trains hauling forage and stores. There are
