ALEXANDRIA
ALEXANDRIA, March 17, 1865.
Colonel TAYLOR: COLONEL: We have information that about 170 rebel cavalry intend making a raid into Fairfax County to-night. They will come from Prince William County. I have telegraphed this to Colonel Gamble, and have sent what men I have out.
