Camp Union, January 29, 1862.
MAJOR: I have the honor to report my arrival here on yesterday at 4 p.m., and have established, as per instructions, my headquarters at this place. I left Camp Sigel with Captain Atchison’s company (1), non-commissioned staff, band, and hospital, &c., and arrived here as above stated in good order.
