SPECIAL ORDERS, HDQRS. DEPARTMENT OF THE PACIFIC,

No. 77. San Francisco, May 7, 1861. Special Orders, No. 76, is so far modified as not to prescribe the mode of transportation of the troops from Fort Umpqua.
