Sir: The Imperial Royal ministry for foreign affairs has advised this legation that a certain Marcus Cohn has renounced his citizenship of the United States, acquired by naturalization, and has again become an Austrian subject.
I deem it proper to communicate this to the Department, and append hereto a copy of the note of the foreign office, with translation.
