HARRISBURG

(Received 12.40 p. m.) Hon. E. M. STANTON: It is reported to me that the rebels have taken and now hold Morgantown in force. Please say if you have any information, and if force will be sent on if It is true. We have no force in the State, and you could send troops before we could organize any.
